A Change-of-Baton Ceremony will hold at the Distance Learning Institute, University of Lagos, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The ceremony is to mark the formal transition from Professor Uchenna Udeani as Director of the Institute, to Professor Risikat Oladoyin Dauda who would formally assume office on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
Professor Uchenna Udeani was appointed Director of the Distance Learning Institute (DLI) in 2018, a position she held for 5 years having had her tenure of office extended twice by the immediate past Vice-Chancellor of the University; Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, FAS.
The incoming Director, Professor Risikat Oladoyin Dauda is from the, Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences. Her tenure as DLI Director will run from Wednesday, August 16, 2023 till Friday August 15, 2025.
