70TH Birthday and Book launch for Distinguished Professor Igwilo Holds January 23

The 70^th birthday and book launch to mark the retirement of Distinguished Professor Cecilia Ihuoma Igwilo holds as follows;

Date:               Monday, January 23^rd, 2023.

Venue:            Tolu Odugbemi Hall, University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba.

Time:              11 am prompt.

The Vice-Chancellor, University of Lagos, Professor Folasade Ogunsola, FAS, will be the Chief Host while the Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Professor (Mrs) Aderonke Adepoju-Bello alongside Acting HOD, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology, Dr Margaret Ilomuanya are Co-hosts.

Distinguished Professor Cecilia Ihuoma Igwilo is the President of West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (WAPCP) and Vice-President, ECOWAS Regional Council for Health Professionals Education (ERCHPE).

She is Nigeria’s first female professor of Pharmacy having become one in 1994.
